International Client Success & Account Manager (On‑Site, English‑Speaking)

About the role

Social Boost, a British Instagram marketing agency, is seeking an International Client Success & Account Manager to manage relationships with English‑speaking clients, support their Instagram growth campaigns, and ensure a strong overall experience. The role focuses on client success and account management, with occasional consultative sales conversations, and does not involve content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of international clients through email, phone calls, and Google Meet.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and explain how their campaigns work.
• Handle progress, strategy, retention, and problem‑solving conversations.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Advise clients on their Instagram growth campaigns, targeting, and overall strategy.
• Speak with potential customers, understand their goals, explain services, recommend suitable options, and answer questions before they sign up.
• Maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple conversations and priorities.

Required profile

• Professional experience communicating directly with international, English‑speaking customers, especially from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer success, account management, client services, customer support, sales, or a similar customer‑facing role (preferred).
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple client relationships and conversations simultaneously.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys communicating with clients.
• Comfortable using Instagram and familiar with its basic features (training provided).
