Head Of Digital Advertising

About the role

AdGeeks, a 360° digital advertising and creative agency partnered with Google and Amazon, is seeking a Head Of Digital Advertising to lead strategy and execution of performance campaigns. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing ads across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360 and other programmatic tools for local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360, etc.).
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad strategies and messaging.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (Russian is a plus).

• Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Conversion tracking, pixel setup, and API integrations.
• DV360 programmatic platform.
