Manager of Infrastructure and DevOps

About the role

Smartcat is seeking a seasoned leader to head its Infrastructure and DevOps teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and availability of both staging and production environments that power the company’s AI‑driven language platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure supporting global SaaS operations.
• Lead the DevOps practice, enforcing best‑in‑class SRE and CI/CD standards.
• Guarantee 99.9% uptime for staging servers and eliminate release‑related production incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
• Mentor and grow the infrastructure and DevOps staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing infrastructure and DevOps functions in a fast‑growing technology company.
• Strong track record of delivering high‑availability services and reducing production incidents.
• Ability to define and enforce rigorous CI/CD testing and review processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to align cross‑functional teams.
