Maintenance Data & Sales Specialist

About the role

Tronixer is seeking a Maintenance Data & Sales Specialist to manage equipment data, support technical teams, and assist customers throughout the replacement cycle. The role blends data stewardship with proactive sales engagement, helping to build a predictive maintenance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer sites and equipment in the maintenance system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate with technical personnel to clarify equipment conditions and parts‑replacement details.
• Maintain a complete parts‑replacement history and track upcoming replacement dates.
• Proactively inform customers when a replacement is due and participate in the order process.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to confirm parts availability and delivery timelines.
• Identify data inconsistencies and work with the Technical team to resolve them.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in technical systems and ability to quickly grasp technical processes.
• Excellent communication skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
