About the role

GLC LOGISTIC is a fast‑growing logistics company that handles both international and local transport shipments. We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead our cargo planning, client quoting, and operational coordination, ensuring high‑quality service and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and match cargo with appropriate vehicles for optimal transport organization.
• Prepare competitive, customized freight quotes for clients.
• Maintain active communication with international and local cargo suppliers and coordinate load operations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and routes to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
• Monitor cargo movement continuously and provide timely updates to clients.
• Manage the full cycle of transport documentation, including invoices, contracts, CMR, and insurance.
• Oversee financial operations such as payment monitoring, transfers, and receivables.
• Serve existing clients, attract new partners, and propose additional services.
• Participate actively in improving logistics processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
