Logistics Intern – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Intern to join our central warehouse in Tbilisi for a six‑month structured internship. The position offers hands‑on experience in international retail supply‑chain operations, allowing you to work directly with inbound shipments, warehouse processes and inter‑store logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics team with inbound shipment receipt from international suppliers.
• Support warehouse operations including goods acceptance, sorting and preparation for store dispatch.
• Track store deliveries, monitor transit times and follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments.
• Maintain and update logistics reports and trackers in Excel (delivery performance, shipment status, cost follow‑up).
• Help manage customs and transportation documentation in cooperation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Support inter‑store stock transfers and warehouse return processes.
• Verify transportation invoices and reconcile them with actual shipments.
• Provide assistance during periodic stock counts and inventory activities.
• Perform accurate data entry and record keeping in internal systems.

Required profile

• Enrolled 3rd or 4th year Bachelor’s student in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Transportation, International Trade or a related field.
• Recent graduates are not eligible.
• Fluent in Georgian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent planning, organization and communication skills.
• Motivated to learn in a fast‑paced retail environment.
