About the role
Etihad Airways is seeking new cabin crew members as part of its rapid expansion under the Journey 2030 strategy. The airline will host a dedicated recruitment roadshow in Georgia on 22 October 2026, giving candidates the chance to meet the team, learn about the fleet and discover life as a flight attendant for a fast‑growing global carrier.
Required profile
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)
- High standard of personal grooming; no visible tattoos or piercings (one earring per lobe permitted for females)
- Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions
- Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
