Liner Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Liner Coordinator to join our global team in Poti. The role involves collaborating with operations, sales and external partners to ensure smooth container flow, accurate records and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and support customers with inquiries related to container shipments.
• Manage verification processes for customer advocates as defined by the company.
• Monitor sea‑freight charges and container deposit fees.
• Oversee cargo and transport declarations at Poti Port during unloading and transshipment.
• Handle documentation for container shipments.
• Control containers – monitor and manage empty and full units at terminals, depots and vessels, ensure availability for booking and repositioning, and track condition, damage and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks systematically.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
