About the role
We are looking for a self‑directed Product Sourcing Specialist to own the sourcing side of new product development for a design‑led kitchen brand. You will turn product briefs into launched products, helping us increase launches from 4 to 15 per year.
Key responsibilities
- Take product specs, mockups and design briefs from the founder and find suitable suppliers.
- Identify and approach 5‑6 potential suppliers per product, secure NNN agreements and obtain quotes.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, samples and production terms.
- Manage supplier communications on design/component options and coordinate decisions with the founder.
- Validate unit economics using HTS codes, cost sheets and freight calculations.
- Drive products through to being checked into FBA in the US, marking a launch.
Required profile
- Sourcing background with knowledge of MOQs, supplier negotiation, lead times, production and ocean freight.
- Understanding of unit economics, cost sheets and HTS codes.
- Experience sourcing from China (Vietnam a plus).
- Experience exporting shelf‑stable food and meeting compliance requirements.

What we offer
- Salary $2,750‑$3,500 USD per month (gross).
- Full‑time remote contract.
- At least 3‑4 hours overlap with Bangkok afternoons.
