Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN

About the role

Join EmpowerMe Wellness as a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a PRN basis and become a key part of the EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model. You will work directly with seniors in residential communities, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized therapy and wellness services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) tailored to older adults.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions.
• Support care coordination through wellness check‑ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth assistance.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Current professional license in a therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
