Leading Corporate Banker

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Leading Corporate Banker to join PASHA Bank Georgia’s international team. You will work in a collaborative environment that values growth, performance and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage long‑term relationships with strategic corporate clients, identifying needs and developing new business opportunities.
• Structure, negotiate and execute complex financing solutions, including syndicated and tailored facilities.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of large corporate clients while ensuring profitability, high service standards and credit quality.
• Prepare credit proposals, present them to committees and coordinate with internal departments for efficient transaction execution.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments and client performance to uncover further opportunities.
• Lead, develop and mentor Associate and Junior Corporate Bankers.
• Represent the bank with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• 5+ years of experience in corporate banking or the financial sector, with proven relationship management and new‑business origination.
• Fluency in Georgian and English; Russian knowledge is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
