Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET, Angular)

About the role

Join Exadel as a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer and drive the design and delivery of high‑impact solutions for a global Big Four professional services client. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies in Azure and modern web frameworks, guiding a team of developers to meet demanding business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design systems, and develop .NET and Python services.
• Implement and maintain databases using MongoDB and Azure SQL.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and provide technical support.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Collaborate independently and with team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Interact regularly with the client to gather feedback and align expectations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the development team.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in software development.
• Strong competency in .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and/or Azure SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services (Service Bus, Blob, Redis, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Angular and modern front‑end libraries.
• Ability to balance process rigor with flexibility to achieve objectives.
• Excellent organizational and self‑management skills.
