Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Evolution Georgia is looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing recruitment needs. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess, and onboard entry‑level talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment projects from start to finish.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Receive, screen, and manage incoming job applications.
• Organise interviews and other selection tools.
• Liaise with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, including interview notes and paperwork.
• Manage external recruitment service suppliers, ensuring quality and cost‑efficiency.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Promote best recruitment practices and share knowledge across the business.
• Consult managers and employees on recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Incomplete higher education preferred (business administration, psychology or related fields).
• Good knowledge of the labour market, recruitment channels and selection tools.
• Self‑driven with strong time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with standard software applications (MS Office, Windows, etc.).
• Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian (written and verbal).
• Team‑player attitude with a desire to grow in the role.
