Finance Business Partner

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner you will deliver accurate and timely financial insights that support informed decision‑making across the business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate with department leaders, senior management and budget holders to drive financial planning, performance management and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor budget versus actuals for Capex projects on a monthly basis.
• Prepare studies, reports and comparative analyses as requested.
• Assist departments with Investment Proposals, including the financial component, and follow up on approvals.
• Lead monthly Capex meetings and forecast the monthly cash‑flow statement.
• Coordinate with management to gather, analyse and summarise recommendations for financial plans, new business initiatives and operating forecasts.
• Drive investment follow‑ups and support strategic projects with detailed analysis.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management related to business development and execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Economics.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, preferably with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain finance concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner with senior staff and budget owners.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative team attitude.
