Junior Compliance Officer – Regulatory Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to support the Adjarabet group in meeting internal and external regulatory requirements. The role involves assisting the compliance team in monitoring, reporting and advising on compliance matters across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regulatory compliance processes and monitor adherence to applicable regulations.
• Assess company activities and documents for compliance, providing recommendations, guidelines and memos.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures and coordinate alignment with group policies.
• Conduct regulatory research and advise staff on compliance issues.
• Deliver periodic training sessions to employees on compliance topics.
• Prepare and review compliance‑related correspondence, terms and conditions, and regulatory filings.
• Support the application, renewal and management of licences, certificates and permits.
• Report compliance status to management on a regular basis and participate in new product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, research, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Professional handling of sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
