Junior Account Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Management Specialist to support our restaurant partners on the Bolt Food platform. You will build relationships, monitor performance, and help drive growth for merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners, answering day‑to‑day account, operational and administrative questions.
• Monitor merchant performance and key KPIs, identifying trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Use performance data to prepare practical suggestions and discuss potential improvements with partners and internal teams.
• Support the planning, setup and follow‑up of campaigns, promotions and other initiatives aimed at improving merchant performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Customer Support and other teams to resolve partner issues and ensure a smooth experience.
• Gather partner feedback, keep account information up‑to‑date and follow tasks through to completion.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with numbers and interested in analysing KPIs and business performance.
• Enjoy solving problems, looking at information from different angles and turning findings into practical suggestions.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while following through on responsibilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, taking feedback and developing skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Georgian and English.
