IT Planning & Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Planning & Security Specialist to join our innovative EV mass‑production plant. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and the IT SRE function to design, build, and secure resilient IT systems that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Partner with the IT SRE role to design, build, and maintain resilient and efficient IT services.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls for organizational assets and data.
• Participate in incident response activities, including root‑cause analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Leverage UX development experience to improve user interfaces across IT systems and applications.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT planning, operations, SRE, and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML, or related technical fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on multiple complex projects.

Required skills

• Programming: Python (preferred), Java, SQL, ELK.
• DevOps tools: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and dashboarding: Grafana, Prometheus.
