Inpatient CRNA/CAA – Full-time at New Hospital

About the role

We are seeking full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) to join a brand‑new anesthesia team at a state‑of‑the‑art hospital that will soon open. This position offers the unique opportunity to help build a modern practice from the ground up in a facility featuring six operating rooms, an ICU, an Emergency Department, and a planned Level II Trauma Center.

Key responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of medical and surgical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes throughout the peri‑operative period.
• Participate in the development of protocols and best practices for the new hospital.

Required profile

• Current certification as a CRNA or CAA.
• Relevant clinical experience in anesthesia delivery.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
