Horeca Sales Agent (Hybrid)

About the role

LEVORI LTD is seeking a motivated Horeca Sales Agent to join its team in Tbilisi. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site client visits with office work and occasional remote days, focusing on expanding relationships with hotels, restaurants and cafés.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Horeca clients, presenting company products and services.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients, resolve service issues and ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate on promotions, product training and overall sales strategy.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for partners and internal staff.
• Organise and execute client visits across Tbilisi and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience in the Horeca sector or a related field.
• Familiarity with insurance or complementary service offerings is a plus.
• Experience in business development or account management within hospitality, food service or retail.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing time independently.
• Fluency in Georgian; English or Russian language skills are beneficial.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Vocational or higher education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related area is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in office productivity tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software.
