About the role

As a Healthcare Dispatcher you will act as the central hub between U.S. healthcare providers, service teams, and clients. Working remotely from Georgia, you will ensure that medical services are scheduled accurately and delivered on time, supporting the smooth operation of critical healthcare workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage healthcare service appointments.
• Coordinate communication between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and service requests.
• Follow up to confirm service completion and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail for accurate scheduling and communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) for clear professional interaction.
• Flexibility to work according to U.S. service hours.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
