Healthcare Dispatcher – Keep Things Moving

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a remote Healthcare Dispatcher to act as the central hub between U.S. healthcare providers, service teams, and clients. You will ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately, communications flow smoothly, and any service‑related issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage healthcare service appointments.
• Coordinate between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain seamless operations.
• Keep accurate records of appointments and service requests.
• Follow up to confirm service completion and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate scheduling and communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to act on issues.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) for clear professional interaction.
• Flexibility to work according to U.S. service hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
