About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a remote Healthcare Customer Support Agent to assist patients, providers, and insurance companies with payment‑related inquiries. You will be the voice that ensures clear communication and smooth transaction processing for U.S. healthcare partners.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers to resolve payment issues.
• Provide accurate information and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain organized records of all communications.
• Identify and suggest improvements to payment workflows.
• Deliver high‑quality support and problem‑resolution.

Required profile

• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level) with professional communication skills.
• Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle several conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can find solutions quickly.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
