Handyman – Port Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our port facility. You will work on‑site performing a variety of maintenance, cleaning and waste‑removal tasks to ensure the operational area remains functional and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the port area, removing industrial and other types of waste.
• Maintain sanitary and drainage channels, ditches and culverts.
• Control invasive weeds and care for green spaces within the port.
• Collect and transport sanitary‑residential waste from containers.
• Move office equipment and other inventory across the site as needed.
• Clean fire‑point locations and surrounding areas to keep them safe.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe operation of grass mowers, combustion equipment and related tools.
• Understanding of sanitary safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or cleaning role.
