Technical Service Supervisor

About the role

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Service Supervisor to lead a team of technical service representatives. This position focuses on supporting architects, contractors, and distributors with product selection and installation guidance for building materials.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, scheduling, and performance management of technical service representatives.
• Analyze technical activities, generate reports on trends, and develop technical data sheets and advisories.
• Provide technical assistance to architects, contractors, and distributors, including review of specifications and architectural details.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and product complaints within authorized limits.
• Coordinate technical service requests, training, and job‑site assistance with sales and field teams.
• Represent the technical department in management meetings, ISO quality reviews, and conduct audits at satellite facilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 3 years in technical support of building materials or products.
• Proven supervisory and management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of architecture, construction methods, and LATICRETE product applications.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Functional experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle EnterpriseOne.
• Experience using CRM OnDemand.
