About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them smoothly through check‑in, stay and departure. Working on‑site at our Batumi property, you will be the friendly face that ensures every interaction feels personal and effortless.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide arrival and departure assistance, and share local highlights.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in/out, luggage handling, and reporting.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues within the scope of the role.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment, adhering to company policies.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle moderate physical tasks.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and respect for confidentiality.
