Spa Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Spa Attendant to join our team at Le Méridien in Batumi. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the spa, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general spa orientation to guests, explaining locker rooms, lounge areas and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice or heated neck pillows and answer questions about property services.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor the daily schedule on the computer.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms and lounge areas; dispose of trash and dirty linens properly.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities; secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety training.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift or carry objects up to 10 lb and stand, walk or bend for extended periods.
• Willingness to complete safety training and certifications.
