German-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

Helfy is seeking a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its on‑site team in Tbilisi. The role blends front‑line customer interaction with back‑office operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for users of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and live chat, providing clear and timely information.
• Assist customers with order placement, refunds, exchanges and account‑related questions.
• Develop deep knowledge of Helfy’s products and website functionalities to locate and share relevant information quickly.
• Process orders, re‑shipments, refunds and corrections using the administrative panel and email.
• Perform back‑office duties such as order verification, data validation and internal follow‑ups.
• Troubleshoot payment delays, delivery issues or technical problems and offer appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to technical, product or operations teams as needed.
• Share insights on customer experience, collect feedback and update internal documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent German (mandatory) and conversational English for internal communication.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to handle multiple tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and quick decision‑making.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
