Fund Administrator

About the role

Triple Jump, a Dutch impact‑investment manager, is seeking a Fund Administrator to join its Tbilisi office. The position is 32‑40 hours per week, initially for a one‑year fixed‑term contract, supporting the administration of multiple impact‑focused funds.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping and administration for various investment instruments, including debt, equity, and hedge investments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable for each fund.
• Monitor transactions, verify bank accounts, and manage overdue payments.
• Validate data, perform quality‑assurance checks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to loan‑balance confirmation requests from investees.
• Generate reconciliation reports covering cash, financial, and portfolio data.
• Prepare and execute fund payments.
• Contribute to process optimisation and data capture improvements.
• Liaise with international colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with business analysts to refine operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.
• Experience in financial administration, accounts payable/receivable, or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with VBA or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and data‑management concepts.
