Full-time Night Shift RN – Med Surg

About the role

This full‑time night‑shift position supports a high‑impact, multi‑campus care team. The RN will deliver personalized, evidence‑based care, build meaningful patient connections, and drive top clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized and evidence‑based care.
• Foster respectful and collaborative team environments and contribute to performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Lead in applying evidence‑based practices, support patient safety and continuous improvement efforts.
• Plan resource utilization effectively across the patient care journey to enhance patient experience and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license (single or multi‑state) and BLS, ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience; BSN degree and specialty certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems and experience with computer data entry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
