Finance Manager Caucasus

About the role

The Roche Pharma Caucasus Countries team is looking for a Finance Manager based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Reporting to the Caucasus Countries Lead (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan) and working within the Finance Community of the CEETRIS region, the role leads the affiliate transformation by overseeing financial results and the functions of procurement, supply chain and facility services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial results, ensuring adherence to Roche Group Accounting (FGA), local accounting standards, tax and customs.
• Identify key challenges and opportunities, stimulate smart experimentation and rapid iteration, and drive a simple, fit-for-purpose business planning process.
• Define the organisation's strategic direction with business leaders and contribute to long-term portfolio planning and resourcing.
• Maintain P&L sustainability in volatile markets, mitigate financial risk and connect affiliate priorities with regional and global ambitions.
• Analyse actuals versus forecast to generate market insights and support value-enhancing decisions.
• Oversee the affiliate procurement process, balancing cost, service quality, compliance and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to regional and global work packages and lead or shape the new ways of working for the team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of finance experience, preferably with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA).
• University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Experience in international companies is desired.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with sound fiscal planning and financial governance.
• Strong business acumen, strategic agility and entrepreneurial mindset, including coaching and influencing without formal authority.
• Fluency in English is a must; the CV should be submitted in English.
