Facilities Manager & Store Development

About the role

Ronny’s is seeking a Facilities Manager & Store Development lead to ensure the smooth operation of existing locations and drive the expansion into new stores. The role combines day‑to‑day facilities oversight with end‑to‑end project management of new build‑outs and relocations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance across all sites, coordinating with a Support Manager for daily issues.
• Ensure safety compliance, manage vendor relationships, and monitor performance.
• Lead new store construction and relocation projects from budgeting and permitting to contractor management and launch.
• Manage fleet, distribution, and warehousing operations.
• Develop capital plans and provide leadership to the facilities team.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or project management.
• Background in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
• Strong people‑management and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in Georgian and English.
• Engineering or technical background is a plus.
