About the role
Join Spark by Hilton’s hospitality team as a full‑time Cook in Georgia. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast and other menu items, ensuring every dish meets brand standards, taste, and presentation while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to hotel standards and approved recipes.
- Maintain quality, taste, and visual presentation of all dishes.
- Set up workstations, handle food preparation, and cook hot and cold items.
- Monitor inventory levels, follow portion control, and check product freshness and expiration dates.
- Keep the kitchen and serving areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar position (preferred).
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Responsible and reliable attitude toward work.
What we offer
- Working hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Net salary: GEL 1,370.
