Required profile

Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), multi‑state or single‑state
BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications (instructor or provisional status accepted)

Required skills

Strong clinical knowledge
Excellent communication with patients and staff
Compassionate patient interaction
Ability to work effectively in a team
Capability to handle high‑pressure situations
