About the role
Hill International is expanding its operations in Georgia and seeks a Deputy Team Leader / Resident Engineer to support metro projects. The role involves overseeing project management, design and construction supervision for metro or railway works.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management activities for metro infrastructure.
- Provide design oversight and ensure construction quality.
- Supervise implementation of tunnelling and railway works.
Required profile
- B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of senior‑level experience in supervision or implementation of metro or railway projects, including tunnelling.
- Advanced command of the English language.
- Experience working in multinational project or project‑management teams.
Required skills
- Practical knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
- Experience with IFI‑funded projects (e.g., EBRD, World Bank, ADB).
