Integration Support Manager

About the role

Emerging Travel Group is looking for an Integration Support Manager to join its Supplier Support team. The main responsibility is to make sure the Altbook feature runs smoothly and performs well, including monitoring booking success rates, spotting supplier issues and working with suppliers to fix technical problems and restore access when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support client integrations and help resolve technical issues.
• Communicate with vendors to investigate and resolve integration-related issues.
• Create and manage technical tasks for developers.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Experience working with logs and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience working with monitoring systems.
• Understanding of API principles and how APIs work.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with English-speaking vendors, verbally and in writing.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Nice to have: experience in technical support within the travel tech industry.
