Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is expanding its EMEA team and seeks a Customer Support Specialist to assist Georgian hotels. The role involves onboarding, training, and supporting hoteliers on Exely’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Teach clients how to use the Exely platform.
• Provide support via calls and emails in Georgian, English, and Russian, clarifying reports and guiding product use.
• Handle client feedback and forward technical requests to the second support line.
• Ensure product functionality on the client side and deliver recommendations for proper operation.

Required profile

• Based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Georgian, English, and Russian.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM (GMT+4).
• At least 1 year experience in IT customer service or a call centre.
• Hospitality or technology experience with hoteliers is a plus.
• Customer‑centric attitude, high EQ, and stress resistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and computer software.
• Experience with ticket/helpdesk systems such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira.
