Customer Support Specialist – Healthcare (Remote)

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with payment‑related inquiries. This remote position is based in the Republic of Georgia and offers the chance to work with leading U.S. healthcare organizations while staying in your home country.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve payment issues and answer questions.
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and provide clear information to all parties.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions.

• Deliver high‑quality customer support and problem‑solving assistance.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) with clear, professional communication.
• Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking ability and capacity to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently while collaborating with a team.
