About the role
Concentrix is looking for a Customer Support Agent who is fluent in Ukrainian to join its new office in Tbilisi. You will be part of a diverse team that delivers high‑quality service to end‑customers through phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service for all enquiries.
- Identify and deliver the right solution for each individual problem.
- Communicate product information and promotions clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken Ukrainian.
- English proficiency at B1 level.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Problem‑solving ability and a positive, flexible attitude.
- Solid computer literacy.
