Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – ICU

About the role

The Critical Care APP provides advanced practice provider services with a focus on delivering high‑quality critical care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting. Working alongside physicians, nurse‑navigators, administrative staff and scheduling specialists, the APP supports patient care across both inpatient and ambulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned critical‑care procedures and patient‑care duties in the ICU.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and support staff to coordinate care plans.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards and codes of conduct.
• Provide guidance and resources to staff on patient‑service matters.
• Maintain quality service delivery and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Experience as an acute‑care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong interest in ICU care.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to following healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
