Country Manager - Georgia

About the role

The Country Manager will lead all business operations in Georgia, driving market growth and ensuring organisational excellence. You will manage cross‑functional teams, guarantee compliance with local regulations, and represent the company with internal and external stakeholders. The role also supports business development to sustain long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business performance through KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency, quality delivery and profitability.
• Develop and execute the country strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
• Provide leadership and direction to country teams across all functions.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to headquarters, maintaining financial discipline and cost optimisation.
• Support strategic business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, partnerships and client segments.
• Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, represent the company at key local events and contribute to proposals, bids and client presentations.

Required profile

• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Georgia’s regulatory, economic and cultural landscape.
