About the role
We are looking for a Construction Work Manager to lead full‑time, on‑site apartment renovation projects in Tbilisi. The role involves supervising the entire renovation process, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Organise, coordinate and manage daily activities of renovation teams on multiple apartment projects.
- Monitor quality, deadlines and adherence to technical and methodological standards.
- Plan work stages, control material usage and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Identify issues promptly and implement appropriate solutions; conduct final inspections and quality control.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the renovation and construction sector, including team management.
- Strong knowledge of construction and renovation processes, technical requirements and standards.
- High sense of responsibility, strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
