About the role
The Certified Medical Technologist (CLS) position is a full‑time night‑shift role responsible for performing clinical laboratory testing under supervision while exercising independent judgment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain testing accuracy and ensure proper documentation of results.
- Analyze and interpret laboratory data in accordance with quality assurance protocols.
- Perform equipment maintenance and support inspection readiness.
- Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and contribute to laboratory excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science or a related field.
- ASCP certification (MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP)) required upon hire.
- At least one year of laboratory experience preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems such as Epic and 3M.
- Strong computer skills and ability to stay current with training, policies, and safety standards.
