Career Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual with tenacity, passion, discipline and grit to join our campus team as a Career Services Specialist. In this role you will administer the IEC job placement program, ensuring graduating students experience a successful transition into the workforce. You will work closely with students and employers to facilitate effective job matches. You will be part of United Education Institute, a leader in post‑secondary career education, and will contribute to student success.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with employers to secure hiring opportunities for IEC students and graduates.
• Prepare students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development, and interview preparation.
• Monitor and report on placement outcomes to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• Demonstrated tenacity, passion, discipline and grit.
• Some college or trade school education preferred.
