Call Center Operator

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑oriented Call Center Operator to join our growing real‑estate team at MAQRO City Tbilisi. You will be the first point of contact for clients interested in our innovative urban development project, providing information, scheduling meetings, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to customers in line with company service standards.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and manage conversations through social‑media chat channels.
• Deliver detailed information and consultations about the current construction project.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and record relevant data in the CRM system.
• Identify customer issues, propose appropriate solutions, and contribute to sales growth.

Required profile

• Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service role.
• Experience in the construction or real‑estate sector is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
