About the role

PASHA Bank Georgia is seeking a proactive Business Rehabilitation Banker to manage and restructure loan portfolios. The role involves close interaction with corporate clients, thorough financial analysis, and collaboration across bank departments to ensure effective rehabilitation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor an assigned rehabilitation loan portfolio.
• Perform regular financial and credit analysis to identify risk factors.
• Analyze customers' financial situations and propose restructuring solutions.
• Monitor compliance with covenants and loan conditions.
• Maintain communication with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and restructuring conditions.
• Prepare credit memorandums, financial analyses, and restructuring proposals for decision‑making bodies.
• Structure credit facilities with appropriate pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth approval and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer documentation and correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business lending within a bank.
• Fluent in Georgian and English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel.
