Business Development Manager

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle – from prospecting hoteliers to closing contracts and ensuring successful onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential hotel clients through cold calls, cold meetings and events.
• Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to meet hotel managers in their territories and present Exely solutions.
• Generate and nurture leads, converting them into paying customers.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the Bitrix CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide market research and feedback to the management team.
• Achieve a target of at least five new hotel clients per month after the onboarding period.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year proven B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or SaaS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Willingness to make cold calls, handle objections and travel frequently.
• Problem‑solving attitude and a track record of successful sales outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bitrix CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
