Retail Consultant – Tea Boutique

About the role

The Consultant role at PALAIS DES THÉS is a full‑time, on‑site position in Tbilisi. You will welcome and advise customers, sharing knowledge about tea varieties, preparation methods and flavor profiles to create an engaging in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell tea products, providing tailored advice to customers.
• Manage stock displays and maintain a clean, inviting boutique environment.
• Process transactions accurately, handling cash and POS systems.
• Share the brand’s history and values during customer interactions.
• Support in‑store events or tastings and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with active listening.
• Interest in tea, gastronomy or specialty food products and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a retail environment, including basic sales and visual merchandising.
• Team‑oriented mindset, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in the local language and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
