Brand Manager – E‑Commerce (Remote, EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Brand Manager to lead the growth of its e‑commerce portfolio. You will work remotely from anywhere in the EU, collaborating with a globally distributed team to launch and scale direct‑to‑consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross‑functional strategies that boost online presence and sales.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, influencer partnerships and paid ads.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize the customer journey by using data‑driven insights to improve satisfaction and reduce churn.
• Analyze website performance and customer behavior using Shopify and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging brand content.
• Monitor campaign metrics and adjust tactics based on performance data.
• Stay current on e‑commerce trends and integrate innovative solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling brands and delivering measurable growth.
• Experience enhancing product experience and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan and execute long‑term brand strategies.
