B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Whisperr is seeking a proactive B2B Sales Representative to bring its autonomous retention platform to subscription businesses. You will own the outbound sales process, from prospect research to closing pilots, without relying on inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies that match Whisperr’s ideal customer profile.
• Locate and engage decision‑makers such as founders, CEOs, Heads of Growth, Customer Success, and Lifecycle teams.
• Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email and other channels, tailoring outreach to each prospect’s business model and retention signals.
• Qualify opportunities based on churn pain, existing tooling, company stage and integration capability.
• Maintain a clean, disciplined sales pipeline and track all activities.
• Collaborate with founders on messaging, objection handling and sales experiments.
• Capture prospect feedback to inform product positioning and outbound strategy.
• Guide qualified prospects through discovery calls, demos and pilot implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development or SDR/BDR roles.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and able to generate pipeline independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant contacts.
• Confident speaking with senior founders and decision‑makers.
• Persistent, disciplined follow‑up without being spammy.
