Audit Advanced Staff

About the role

EY’s Assurance Service Line is looking for an Audit Advanced Staff to join multiple client engagement teams. You will support the delivery of high‑quality audits, helping clients present a true and fair view of their financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a working knowledge of audit objectives, statutory requirements and client expectations.
• Execute and document audit procedures, including understanding data processes, testing controls and performing substantive testing.
• Utilise basic computer skills and EY’s audit software tools to support audit work.
• Participate in one‑on‑one and small‑group discussions with engagement team members and client personnel.
• Interact professionally with client staff and contribute to improving client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, auditing or a related financial discipline with sufficient coursework for ACCA certification.
• Minimum 18 months experience as an auditor in an accounting firm or relevant industry.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and native‑level proficiency in Georgian.
